What Does the EverSafe Warranty Cover?

How Long Is My Product Warranty?

At EverSafe, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. That’s why every customized system comes with two included warranties—no additional paperwork required:

  • A 2-year warranty covering the backup generator’s enclosure and its components.
  • A 48-month prorated warranty for the system’s batteries.

2-Year System Warranty Details

For the initial two years following delivery, EverSafe covers:

  • Replacement parts
  • Labor
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Shipping and handling

This comprehensive coverage applies to the generator enclosure and all associated parts—helping keep your system operational without extra costs.

48-Month Battery Warranty Details

EverSafe also provides a prorated battery warranty running up to 48 months, in addition to the two-year full warranty. If a battery fails within that timeframe, you are only responsible for a portion of the replacement cost based on usage duration—for instance, if failure occurs after 12 months, you would pay just 25% of the replacement cost, while EverSafe covers shipping.

Our systems are built to last—many have remained operational for decades. If, after inspection, a system is deemed irreparable, we will replace it at no charge.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage due to user error or servicing by an unauthorized provider. If parts malfunction, replacements will be sent along with packaging to return the defective component. For full details, refer to the “User & Testing Guide” or EverSafe’s website.

How Do I File a Warranty Claim?

EverSafe takes pride in decades of experience and craftsmanship. Many systems continue operating flawlessly over the long term—so our warranties are designed with longevity in mind.

In the rare case of complete system failure, we will replace your unit with a new rechargeable generator.
